Friday, Mar 16, 2007

First, a bit of history…

Dying the river green…

The “real” parade was last week…

Some South Siders and their “beer pinata”

Thanks for the videos and the history Just Great! Only thing missing was Royko - probably already at the Billygoat!

  2. - Squideshi - Friday, Mar 16, 07 @ 4:36 pm:

How “Green” is that green dye anyway?

  3. - Cap'n Crud - Sunday, Mar 18, 07 @ 10:05 am:

Desperately needed: More Pogues videos!! Perhaps on a weekly if not daily basis, throughout the year, to take a bit of the edge off the Ameren / Gross Receipts / state budget / etc news.

  4. - Paddyrollingstone - Sunday, Mar 18, 07 @ 12:27 pm:

Rich - many thanks for the Pogues video. I don’t know if you were lucky enough to catch one of their concerts at the Congress Theater a couple of weeks ago, but they sound phenomenal, really at the top of their game. Happy St. Paddy’s Day.
