Everyone needs to try this treatment, no matter the ailment, and see if it makes them feel better.

  2. - Grand Avenue - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 4:39 pm:

I think I saw an ad during the Superbowl for a treatment for Rauner-Induced Constipation

  3. - Colin O'Scopey - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 4:41 pm:

I thought the “b” word that is blurred out was “barfing” but looked up Epic Lena on Twitter and saw that it was the other “b” word. I think barfing is better, though….

  4. - Oswego Willy - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 4:43 pm:

    This is so fun!

    Hilarious on many levels..

  5. - somalia - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 4:50 pm:

Well- maybe Rauner, through his machinations, is trying to increase the citizenry’s interest in the democratic process.

  6. - 47th Ward - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 4:51 pm:

    “Ich bin ein over-sharer.”

    Also, ick.

  7. - Jorge - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:00 pm:

Rayner and bowel movements in the same Tweet= #winning #accurate #priceless

  8. - Big Muddy - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:21 pm:

    So this is kinda funny.
Howeva, IMHO it shows the bias of this blog. Much respect for your work Rich but I don’t think we will ever see the day you post something in a similar vein about Madigan.
Now THAT guy reminds me of a big BM.

  9. - Wensicia - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:26 pm:

It seems to me Rauner would be the cause of violent stomach pain, not the relief thereof.

  10. - Rich Miller - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:33 pm:

===IMHO it shows the bias of this blog===

The next time you see an anti-Madigan tweet that funny, send it to me and I’ll post it.

Most tweets on anybody (Rauner included) are just repugnant, humorless venting. That one made me crack up.

  11. - Oswego Willy - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:36 pm:

=== I don’t think we will ever see the day you post something in a similar vein about Madigan.===

You must’ve missed the @SpeakerMadigan tweets and posts.

    Use the search key…

  12. - Rich Miller - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:37 pm:

Also, this Twitter parody account was occasionally featured on the blog: https://twitter.com/SpeakerMadigan/status/397848040205066240

  13. - Wensicia - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:39 pm:

    Even here: But…Madigan! /s

  14. - Gooner - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:39 pm:

Thanks for posting. The “pork sandwich” post that immediately preceded that one was really funny too. Never heard of her, but she’s an entertainingly bitter edge.

  15. - Rich Miller - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:41 pm:

I just did a twitter search and found one, which I’ll post tomorrow because it’s funny. But most are like this: https://twitter.com/danlewis1/status/695752575262576640

  16. - jim - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:48 pm:

this budget thing is bringing out the worst in a whole lot of people.

  17. - cdog - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 5:58 pm:

We all need a laugh and that was a good one.

Looking forward to the Madigan jokes.

I am getting to the Twitter-universe a little late, but am going to be #Rauner a bit more often. Had some fun with the #GOPdebate the other night.

  18. - Michael Westen - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 9:52 pm:

Madigan and the Twitter accounts he controls.

  19. - CrookCounty60827 - Monday, Feb 8, 16 @ 9:58 pm:

Caution: Gov. Rauner may cause side effects, including dizziness, confusion, and a desire to vote Democratic. Dial 911 if you begin to agree with him, or believe that right to work will solve Illinois problems

  20. - Anonymous - Tuesday, Feb 9, 16 @ 8:25 am:

===IMHO it shows the bias of this blog===

    Governors own.

    It’s just that simple.

  21. - Allen D - Tuesday, Feb 9, 16 @ 8:41 am:

    could be bragging or boasting…

she may believe in Rauner and what he is doing just like I do…

  22. - VanillaMan - Tuesday, Feb 9, 16 @ 8:41 am:

When Rauner forces you to break down, he considers it a win.

  23. - VanillaMan - Tuesday, Feb 9, 16 @ 8:50 am:

she may believe in Rauner and what he is doing just like I do

When you have no evidence confirming that you are correct, belief is all you have.
