Louie - The State Senate and House will not return to Springfield until Thursday, March 23.

With less than 1% of the polling places reporting in Cook County and Chicago (nearly two hours after the polls have closed), it looks like we may still be awaiting results by the time that the General Assembly was supposed to be in session tommorrow! These voting reforms are quickly becoming a sick joke.
