Lets just hope that if they convict, the judge sends him to jail right away, and he doesn’t get out pending years of appeals.

Not being familiar with federal criminal procedure, does anyone know the likelyhood of going to jail with a pending appeal, say for a jury problem? and do the rules spell it out, or does the judge have significant discretion.

As a republican and one who is very critical of our current Governor, I want George in jail by sundown. Republican or Democrat the taxpayers and voters deserve better.
