  6. The cookoff ends precisely at 1 p.m. Anyone caught eating chili at their desks after 1 p.m. will be investigated and reprimanded (possibly fired) unless they have prior written permission from their supervisors.

  38. A flyer for the EEC Chili Cook-off in October, 2012. Investigations have shown that this was actually a clever ruse to allow the EEC to place tracking devices inside the bodies of all employees, allowing the EEC to track their movements at all times.

    However, they did not achieve 100% coverage, due to the $5 fee charged to participate. Some employees opted out. It was revealed that the $5 charge was to cover he cost of the devices. EEC did not have enough funds to cover the cost due to budget cuts.
