Received information that DHS has run through appropriation for Developmental Disabilities services for current fiscal year and there will be further delays in payments to providers. Will this be addressed in today’s Human Services committee meeting?

OB is ok with bond issue to payoff pension debt so long as public workers can get screwed. Wow.
