* According to my web hosting guys, my server became corrupted last night. They’re not sure how yet, but this being Illinois I’m guessing corruption is everywhere and the possibilities are almost infinite.
Anyway, here’s an #OscarThePuppy video to tide you over while I get a post together. Oscar isn’t supposed to play with newspapers because he shreds them, but they’re one of his favorite things. He usually does really well with the “Drop it” command when it comes to his toys, but not so much with newspapers, as you’ll see…

The way things are going in the newspaper biz, I’m sure they’re happy to have Oscar as a subscriber, even if he just shreds them.

Perhaps Rep. Bost could keep Oscar at his side. Next time a bill comes out that he opposes, instead of throwing, he could just give it to Oscar and deliver a speech as Oscar shreds it on the House Floor.

Isn’t it amazing how a dog will not hear you telling them to not do something, but open up a bag of potato chips at the opposite end of the house and they come running for a snack! Love the Oscar videos/pics!

OH MY GOD…that is TOO FUNny!!! Started to LOL by the third (DEEPest Voice) attempt at “DROP IT” after you started OUT so FRIENDly in your request–and then, although I will give it to him that he at least DID look UP and glance your way, but STILL wouldn’t comply!!! He’s one, feisty Pup, THAT’S for sure (and it looks like he may need a bit more schooling in the benefits of the “Printed Word” etc.)!!!
Lastly, the picture of “the finished product”– torn-up to smithereens–is just classic. ANY Dog Owner at one point or another can TOtally relate to THAT shot!!!
