Tracy Morgan has conditioned me to laugh the moment I see him. He literally can say anything or nothing and I am doubled up in laughter.

Problem. No budget.
Problem. Can’t FIXIT until TAG is passed.
Problem. Democrats won’t pass TAG.
Rinse. Repeat.
Obviously, the problem goes away if either the Democrats vote against their constituency, or the governor agrees to address the actual problem at hand, while leaving his other reforms for an in depth analysis and vote.
My concern is that the governor has done nothing to sell his reforms, and I think that is intentional. A calculation must have been made that the reforms they want would not pass on their own, nor would they have enough public support to move the needle at all.
