  1. I don’t smoke and am way over 21 / but seriously? Our treatment of people between 16 and 21 seems bi-polar. 16 - old enough to drive, work and drop out of school. 18 - old enough to sign contracts, marry and go to Iraq and die for your country. 21-drink…but you can stay on your parents health insurance til you are 26.

  2. On and off again smoker (attempting to quit), US army infantry veteran. I was in iraq and back before i was 21. If you can be legally tried in court and able to enlist in the military at 18, why cant they smoke?

  3. No offense Thoughts but that’s an insult to the bipolar.

  5. I apologize, state engineer. Let’s use ‘all over the map’ instead, as it doesn’t describe a medical condition.

  6. I’m confused. Why are they always discussing something besides the budget? Where are the priorities?

  7. Thoughts actually I was tongue in cheek there. I completely agree except Bipolar folks make much more sense.

  8. My goodness, who dresses this man? These excessively-wrinkled pants and his other fashion faux pas, coupled with the “g” thing is really puzzling and seems emblematic of a mental problem!
