I hope that the marijuana decrim bill will be passed this session. It’s a real baby step, but I believe we at least need to get movin’ toward real drug law/sentencing reform.
Here is an interesting article about how Obamacare Medicaid can help move people with substance abuse issues away from incarceration and into social services programs.

Someone needs to tell the governor that his 2:30 leaders meeting is not a political debate. It is serious business. He is making an effort to taint minds prior to the meeting.
They’d be better off without him.

Definition of “hoax.” A Governor who has his agencies enter into contracts when there was no appropriation to pay for those contracts.
