  3. And he forced a strike with his unions and look how it has worked out. His unions are not like AFSCME. If our unions were the ogres that Rauner thinks they would do what the unions in France have done.

Is this the French remake of the American film where a certain head of Government’s approval rating is in the single digits, and then he tries to sell a Senate seat (or in this case a seat on the European Commission or something), and then followed up by being on a reality TV show with Donald Trump?
