Davis is living in a fantasy land. Illinois is a subject of national embarrassment. No State budget, vendors not getting paid, CPS on the verge of financial insolvency (plus a CTU strike), City of Chicago in serious debt/deficit, state of IL AFSCME on the verge of strike, economic growth consistently under-performing, Rauner trying to make reforms…unsuccessfully. Total mess.
