  1. If Stroger isn’t going to let “the inmates run the asylum” the voters shouldn’t forget some other advice: DON’T LET THE FOX GUARD THE HENHOUSE.

  2. Duckwalker beat me too it. Todd is a work of art. How’s he say this stuff with a straight face? I wonder if Ms. Nix as been offering Todd lessons?

  3. Hey Capt. Fax:
Let’s save the G some time. Put the ICCB emails on the Blog.
Wow, one would think after four years on the job that the Keystone Klods would learn to cover their tracks. Suddenly Tusk and Jackson are starting to look like wizards. Who woulda thunk?

  4. Capt. Obvious, the e-mails basically just discuss the terms of the arrangement. Nothing exceedingly juicy, and I promised I wouldn’t post them.

  6. Dear lord….is the Sun Time really citing a traffic study done by ‘eighth-grade students from Hawthorne Scholastic Academy’ as a reason for the increased stop sign fines?

This is an absolute, new low for Chicago journalism.

  7. Gotta love the Sun-Times. Their corruption busters are going full force after…the same guy their editorial board whole-heartedly endorsed over a potentially real reformer.

    Priceless (okay, 50 cents everywhere).

  8. I first heard of Peotone airport so long ago that I am surprised there are any homeowners still alive to threaten and, if they are still living, Lisa Madigan should go after IDOT for trying to swindle the elderly.
