  1. Is there audio on Hendon’s softball victory speech on the Senate floor?

  2. I don’t understand Mayor Daley on this issue. You can’t get a permit for anything in Chicago without planting trees, yet he wants to start allowing private development in Grant Park. And the alderman is right: once you set this precedent, “there won’t be a blade of grass left in Grant Park in 30 years.”

  4. OUCH! I think Froelich may think twice about using that type of argument again on the floor!

That was awesome. You could hear the volume of the laughter wasn’t just contained to the GOP side of the aisle. Too funny. Nice shot, Raymond!

  7. Rich? Was that song and dance preformed during the “White Sox’s Caucus” at Boone’s the other night?

  8. No. The song was…

“Na na na na, hey, hey, hey, Goodbye!” Right after the grand slam.

  9. Does the Plan Commission realize exactly how stupid they look with Daley holding the reins which pass through the rings and bits in each member’s nose and mouth?

  10. LOL! That’s frightening.

That guy on the goofy horn thing looked like a Lincoln impersonator!

Trying to think of who the singer looks like, but can’t quite put my finger on it. Good contest: Put a rep. or sen. with that face - even from that era.

Question of the Day: what could WGN have possibly been doing on the Internet to accidentally come across that video! Please, do tell.
