And to make matters worse, Hastert backed a deeply flawed candidate, Jim Oberweis, to replace him. Oberweis lost the special election in March.

  1. Re: Scott’s Law - I’m a volunteer first responder, but I fully support the retooling. My impression is that idiot drivers that don’t cause accidents or injury can be cited under other statues.
