He has done nothing to reign in runaway spending that has reduced the standard of living for poor and middle class families through record tax increases. I am writing to you knowing your choice for the Democratic primary. Although I will disagree with your choice, I hope you hold that individual to represent Democratic principles. We have had failed Governors both, Democrats and Republicans whom have promised the world and delivered nothing to progress our society here in Illinois. I know, and my supporters know, that I am truly genuine in my cause and will stop for nothing to get progressive reform in this state.
