Wordpress is a popular platform, it will scale, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t move to a newer version. Redundancy never hurts either, both for parallel processing and failover. Doing some housecleaning on the RSS feeds wouldn’t be a bad idea either. This is annoying: Your comment was rejected as an anti-spam measure as your IP address has changed since you viewed the post. There are others of us who use it as an invaluable resource for short periods during very busy days. The gummed up comments section with redundant comments and constant inside jokes really diminishes the value unless you’re keeping up at a full time pace. For those who want, it would be great to have the option to hide certain commenters from our individual feed to make the site more useful.
