Sox blow it in the 9th. Might be one of the worst MLB teams ever when all is said and done. Yet the owner still wants a new stadium after telling us the stadium he wanted 30 years ago is not working. Reinsdorf = Failure.

Getting one of the classic cars cleaned up for a photo shoot this evening at Fairgrounds RT-66 Experience. A number of RT-66 fans are supposed to be there, and my grandson told me I had to bring the station wagon out for it.

Rain in 60827 did wonders for the grass waking up…and the weeds. 1st time I’ve cut my grass in April twice in a long time.

Springfield tavern goers PSA: The Butternut Hut has changed locations. The old building on 2nd Street is gone. The new place is around the corner a half block from old spot facing Jefferson. Walking distance. Same owners.
