Went out for a walk early this morning here in beautiful DuPage County. Temp was about 74 so not bad at all. But holy cow the humidity was off the charts. Tomorrow I’m going to the gym.

Was finally able to take the dog for a walk this morning. He is old, has arthritis and a heart condition, but he loves his “walkies.”

Also, I really love this song.
