A new labor agreement allows some SEIU members two days off every year to lobby Springfield for more state money.

I just saw Forrest Claypool speak to the University of Chicago College Dems. The guy is really impressive and he understands how Stroger thinks and how he can beat him. I’m predicting a win for him.
