What would we do without the fever dreams of John Kass?
Apparently, the Illinois political class, which can’t hit the long side of a barn with a banjo when it comes to balancing budgets, can plot the most intricate political intrigues years in advance with the precision of Swiss watchmakers.
If only they would use their supernatural powers for good!
