Rahm Emanuel in an effort to lower city expenses has ordered that all city service vehicles begin switching from gasoline to ‘power of the people’.
In an effort to further explain this policy, Rahm has indicated that it will also benefit those most likely to be affected by his ‘fat tax’ not to be confused with the ‘luxury tax’.

I think I have found one cut I can make - no more expensive SUVs bought simply to feed the egos of cops. All that extra money to buy an SUV to drive on perfectly flat terrain and it is stuck in snow? Seems like a huge #&*%ing waste of money.
