* An e-mail from a longtime reader…
Rich,
Check out a weird TV ad that I just saw re: the 8th district race. It was on Comedy Central at 4:49p today (Saturday 10/20) in the Rolling Meadows Comcast Zone.
Can’t find the ad online anywhere, so I filmed it with my phone.
* And here’s the spot…
* Indian Americans For Freedom is a SuperPAC. So far, no spending has been reported. The treasurer is listed as Arjun Aditya Kumar. The group’s website listed in the ad isn’t yet online, but the group did take out a very similar full page newspaper ad in a publication called DesiTalk. More here.
* Meanwhile, Jack Roeser’s Champion News has posted a series of videos of a Duckworth protest…
* Part 1
* Part 2
* Part 3
* Part 4
* Part 5

I was incredibly moved by the sincere outpouring of rage from common-everyday-people-like-myself who spontaneously came together to protest the despot Duckworth.
Praise be to Jack Roeser that a real journalist from Champion News was there to capture this historic event.

It seems to be targeted, it would be interesting to see if it works with it’s target…

The IAFF ad switched slides so fast I was unable to read them, even after watching it twice. I do get the idea, though, that they don’t like Duckworth
