Governor Pat Quinn received a lovely piece of Native American art at an event yesterday. Following his appearance, PQ’s Indian name was also as “Chief Foots in Mouth”

They told Gov. Quinn, the ‘upside down “e” ‘… makes the ‘hard a’ sound.
If you turn it upside down, it says …”Let the Press Tour the Prisons” … its subtle, but you can read it.
Lt. Governor Shelia Simon got the matching oven mitt.
The governor was more excited that they remembered there are 2 “n”s, that upset about the “upside down e” …
“Governor, the ‘upside down e’ is a symbol of strength and charm.”
