Maybe they won’t need so many Wexford staff soon, as the word is that parole agents have been ordered NOT TO REARREST parolees from there, because it would suck credibility from Blago’s boasts of decreasing recidivism numbers.
Same for non-Sheridan parolees too. How else could statewide recidivism numbers drop while crime rates rise? If they’re not rearrested, the gov looks good.

Brown, unlike Merlin, seems to realize that the boys are going to walk in the face of a weak case as many said from the start.

Has anyone heard of the AG opinion that will block the use of bond funds for the purchase of ISP cars? Some/all of the cars have been ordered - some already delivered. At present - there is no way to pay for them.

The bonds were changed from 20 year to 5 year term. They should be sold early next week.

Go to my website at http://clickforjusticeandequality.blogspot.com/ or C.L.I.C.K. for Justice and Equality. There is another page to this story. The Illinois Department of Corrections and Illinois’ Central Management Services is locking out employees who want to cross the picket lines. They are denying the employees the right to cross the picket lines to work. Are you okay with this? What will they take next?
