   Maybe in 5 years. What do we do now? The “grow our way out” crowd seems to be mathematically challenged in realizing that such things don’t happen overnight.

   “Edwardsville Mayor “is it more important to have a job or is it to have one w/ loaded benefits”

   Translation - I’m for crappy jobs. And you should be happy about that crappy job. Dope.

2. cost shifts are not savings. Mentally ill people are still being served by hospitals and examined and sometimes detained at jails and police holding pens. Best and most efficient approach is to serve them properly!
