If the governor is going to run from reporters without answering questions, he needs to contract out for a couple of crying infants to carry.

Once again, Kristen McQueary distorts the facts. The continuing appropriation for legislative salaries was the result of the unconstitutional action by Quinn. It was not to immunize them from a state shutdown.
