* Twice yesterday, House Speaker Michael Madigan told people not to talk to me. He was joshing, of course, and he said it with a smile, but he said it for the second time after a press conference yesterday and it was caught on video. I thought you might get a chuckle out of it. Thanks to our good friends at BlueRoomStream.com for the clip…

When he says that to his staff, he isn’t smiling.

This is evidence Capt Fax uses with the SuperStars to prove his is not a covert agent. Then they feed his all the pages from the SuperStar playbook — like page 185 that sez destroy child care for 70,000 kids for five months, then restore it and everyone will love ya — good job

@CookCounty: Smiling Faces Sometimes is sung by the appropriately named “The Undisputed Truth” not the Temptations.

“Don’t talk to Rich”? Yea, good luck with that. Notice he didn’t say “don’t drink with Rich.”

Rich,
Thanks for looking out for Oscar, while Oscar is beloved here, Oscar is a Civilian.
Maybe sending over to the Speaker’s table a delicious Apple-themed antipasto might thaw that very cold, very frosty reception the Speaker gave in that video.
I felt the chill all the way in Oswego…Brrr.
