Rauner: “Last year I presented a budget which in hindsight was overly optimistic on Budget cutting. Sorry, but there was simply less fraud waste and abuse than I had been lead to believe. So we are short $5 billion in Revenue. The Senate Minority Leader is here to go over our $5 billion tax hike plan. She and I are in complete agreement to the need of the tax hikes, just like Cullerton and I are in complete agreement on an unconstitutional Pension Fraud plan.”

I don’t know Governor. Are our money managers going to trade on the riskless principal basis? Are they going to keep the spread or start trading profits? It’s kind of difficult to make a decent return on your investments when you money managers are employing those shady tactics. What do you think?

I truly believe if the State would conduct a forensic audit of each of the transactioal trades placed on our behalf- restitution payments and penalties would straighten out all of our pension problems. Do you know that some firms even have a computer program designed to falsify trade times and price? It makes me sick Governor… It makes me sick.
