Even funnier would be a montage of Rauner staffers telling him his various agenda items haven’t been enacted. After each one, Rauner looks off to the side, purses his lips, and exclaims “Madigan” like Seinfeld did with Newman.

I can just see the mailers…Rauner screaming dissolves to Kirk saying “Khan” and underneat…don’t vote Rauner. He’s the reason Spock died. The good of the many outweighs the needs of the Rauner.

They’ve missed the best ad - kids being rejected from U of I because of spots reserved for political insiders (yes, under pressure, Madigan gave it up - not easy to explain the long support or point to GOP’ers who did it too). If you’ve got the money to flood the airwaves with something, that’d be it.

If only Rauner knew before he ran for Governor that Madigan was the Speaker of the House and had been for years, and that the Democrats had control of the House and Senate … If only.

Great line working stiff.
A better image might be Madigan standing with his arm outstretched, holding the top of Rauner’s head while Rauner throws roundhouse air punches below like a little kid being held off by his older brother. Substitute the head of Proft, et al, as you see fit. No matter how many punches they throw or how loud they scream, they just can’t seem to touch the man. Amazing.

When do they start dubbing a Rauner presser over the infamous bunker rant in Downfall? Although I think it would be much easier to find a good soundtrack for Trump.
