No pensions are guaranteed by the Illinois constitution and can’t re rerouted to other things that republicans perfidiously refuse to pay for.

The Senate stands adjourned until 3:30PM, April 4. Really these poor dears worked so hard and accomplished so much this past week they need 4.5 days to recover? When I keep seeing/reading that they are always off and demanding to be paid while nothing gets done and people suffer makes me support term limits more and more each day. Along with reforms to their pay structure and benefits.
