Frank ‘The Mailroom Guy’ Clark ain’t doin’ no commercials anymore for ComEd - these guys and the pin-stripes over at Peoples Gas should have the Jolly Roger Logos - and St. Fitz is looking for nickles on the sidewalks with politicians.
Both utilities pitched the men overboard who understood the infrastructure involved in a making public utility effective and brought in MBA suits - ATT did pretty much the same thing under Noterbart - but he built a swell museum for his old lady and that’s Ok with the Editorial Boards in Chicago. Look Fitz! A Mercury Head Dime!

How can public official A fall short of his pledge for open government when he hasn’t even tried to have an open government? To fall short implies that there has been an attempt. So far there hasn’t even been an attempt at open government.

A family member who knows the nukies and ComEd inside and out talked of these conflicts of interest years ago. It was only a matter of time until their greed caught up with them. And those guys and Emil are all golfing buddies. So much for looking out for the voters.
