That is Rauner’s attempt to put John Cullerton in the witness protection program so Speaker Madigan can’t find him and control him. Just change his name to Tom.

We don’t need term limits in this state we need relative limits

Three out of four ain’t bad. I get it, sometimes 90% isn’t good enough. But the station is correct about most of the words in his name. Give’m some credit.
