Cairo is on the verge of recover and the mayor was trying to convince the congressman to help get funding for a barge port to bring jobs to Cairo.
How can a town with two major river ways, two major rail lines and a major interstate highway not be a major transportation hub for goods

Tyrone Coleman got 567 votes when he was elected mayor of Cairo in 2011.
Pretty sure I received more votes when I was elected student council president.
