The only thing moving the needle in these races is piles and piles of cash.

The needle his campaign needs is Uma Thurman’s adrenaline shot to the heart.

I think it moves the needle to be in the discussion of relevancy for Kennedy, but will it mobilize for Kennedy?
Anytime a non-Politico gets a congressman, it matters.
The measure of votes, that’s the test. Dunno if Davis can translate that for Kennedy.

Yes. Kennedy now has 2 votes.

Camp Kennedy knows the numbers and they correctly believe that if Chris can win the black vote, it will go a long way towards winning the primary.
Kennedy’s first commercial is pretty explicitly targeted at black voters.
The endorsements of Congressmen Davis & Rush will also be tremendously helpful in that regard.

There are still only two endorsements that matter in the Dem 2018 primary: Obama and Bernie. Everyone else is just window dressing

Maybe Obama should repay the GIFT Caroline Kennedy and Uncle Ted gave him with their early endorsement without which he would still be Obama who?

I just don’t think these two men are able to mobilize like they once were. Heck, Bobby Rush nearly missed making the ballot not too long ago. It’s hard to believe that these two will move the needle in favor of Kennedy.

It matters, so does the Bobby Rush and Robin Kelly endorsement

No. Endorsements are meaningful if they bring cash, bodies or validation. Of course the reality is very few of these endorsements actually move the needle.

Also, if Chris Kennedy is coordinating campaign efforts with Richard Boykin - who also endorsed him - and who is being challenged by Brandon Johnson of CTU, it would go a long way towards winning the West Side. As Boykin showed in his 2014 race, he is a master campaigner.

Yes. Danny Davis, radio commercials, African American focused stations.
