It is hard to reverse an electoral board decision on valid signatures (issues of fact) in the courts. Real hard. If the electoral board decision dealt with issues of law (applying court precedents or statutory construction) that is a different matter. Silverstein’s opponents may run the case through the courts to make him burn more money on judicial review, but smart money odds are that he will be on the primary ballot.

Just an FYI - Silverstein was the guy who tried to introduce legislation a few years ago that would have made it a legal requirement to provide and use your legal name and address when making comments on the internet.
