I would ask where they stand on the Tier 2 pension plan, and whether they feel it needs adjustment.

It’s likely you will end up voting on a marijuana legalization bill at some point in the near future, if you vote No, and the bill passes into law, does that mean you would also be against your district receiving any of the anticipated taxes generated from that initiative?
