I’m so giddy and thrilled that baseball got thru a truncated season and heading to the playoffs.

I never thought in June we’d get here, heck, the Cubs had zero infections to boot.

My expectations are these;

Enjoy every pitch as a gift, and cheer when the reason arises.

Buy into the truth some team will be world champions, facing so much adversity

See accomplishments as worthy not asterisk worthy.

Good luck to both Chicago clubs. It’s a nice distraction

Fall is apparently officially early, with my house down to 65 degrees at 8am this morning.
