What programs do you consider to be waste and should be eliminated and since you seem to know about fraud in state government, why have you not used the already existing means to report that fraud to the applicable EIOG or law enforcement agency?

Are you going to require state employees to go back to work 5 days a week? Everyone else is back to work or worked through COVID but not state employees.
