Going better now that a major rail strike has been averted. Kudos to all who are working to find agreement and avoid even more widespread economic harm.

Finance Buzz released their “10 States with the Highest Foreclosure Rates [September 2022]” and it’s not good. Illinois is number 1 per capita. I’d like to see more details, and what the possible solutions could be.
