Has anyone heard how or when Illinois will be implementing the Home Owner Managing Energy Savings Rebate Program portion of the Inflation Reduction Act? That part of the Inflation Reduction Act is up to the states to run but I haven’t heard much about it yet even though it can start as early as January 1, 2023.

Here in beautiful DuPage County we are on the border of rain versus sleet this morning. Windshield is frozen and the sump pump is pumping. Feels more like November.

That Ari Emanuel editorial on anti semitism etc was good. Not good, in my print edition the Tribune type setters…or somebody… at the top has his name as Ariel Emanuel. what the what.

Kattan was on Celebrity Big Brother this year and self-evicted. He appears to be going through some issues.
