* Rep. Cassidy was an outspoken member of “The 19″ - the House Democrats who banded together to prevent Speaker Michael Madigan’s reelection. The Senate’s license plate numbers are their district numbers. The House plates are numbered based on seniority. So, this is a fitting coincidence…

Kudos to the ‘19′ and to the republicans who bucked Rauner so the state could have a budget. Both are examples of true legislating.

Oh, the 19 weren’t holding up anything so that conspiracy theorists or insurrection apologists could run America, the 19 just wanted Madigan to go.

Critical? I loved every minute of it. They still should be voting and I dont know why they gave in. The 19 never gave up but the 20 did.

The outrage machine never ceases to amaze me. I read something online to the effect that the last 10 years has taught us that literally anything can be polarized. Your breathless rant kinda proves it.
