To be fair, when you set up a joke for a wide audience,you go for the broadly known reference. Portillos is the more widely known place.

JB’s tweets aren’t funny. 3/10. 1 point for signing his name, 1 point for effort. Lame comeback, so they lost a point there, but I’ll give it a redemption point for quickness, so 1 point there. 3/10. Weiner Circle for the win, 9/10. You can’t take on the G.O.A.T.

I disagree. I mean, no he does not play dress up or ride a motorcycle. But he does have an obvious sense of humor.

I thought the wieners circle tweet was hilarious and JB’s response was a nice, if not a tad corny (which makes it even funnier to me), save.

When I was a kid - and I am way older than Portillo’s - we used tablecloths like that whenever we had a picnic.

I have two of those tablecloths. I always thought of them in small Italian restaurants in the old neighborhood.
