Multi year Property taxes and Homeowners insurance increases are really hurting virtually everybody.

Does this have any impact at the ballot box?

After spending $12,500,000 on a concert pavilion basically in his backyard Orland Park Mayor Keith Pekau is now sending out complimentary tickets to elected officials in Orland and discounting the remaining tickets for this weekend’s grand opening.
This guy was on the Jeanne Ives radio show Sunday blasting the Democrats and Governor Pritzker for wasting tax payers money and raising taxes. The same Mayor who implemented a utility tax, raised the sakes tax to 10.5 and raised recreational fees. All that to help pay for the concert venue, a new $7,000,000 gun range and $6,500,000 for a new football field named after Micheal Scholfield and Kendal Coyne.

Dolton and Thornton Township continue their collapse as Tiffany Henyard will now be investigated by Lori Lightfoot per a 4-2 vote by Dolton trustees. Township budget meetings were also a fiasco. Sources are multiple Chicago TV news stations.
