Can’t believe summer break for my son is almost over, and even more shocked at some of my Hoosier friends that have had their kids already back in school since the beginning of the month.

School starting in August, aka the hottest month of the year, never made sense to me. Start after Labor Day in September and end the year in June instead.

Gravitas: some nutcases (like myself) will see art and poetry in the grit and rust side when they look up. But, yes, you are right.

The Kennedy Expressway is being repaired and will not be as aesthetically pleasing as a result. The overpasses were riddled with potholes. With the former president and governor, there would be zero infrastructure improvement.
