2. Thanks MrJM for posting the link. Here’s hoping the research will give us better answers.
   Many schools try to help those that need food, clothing, etc. Staff brings in extra clothing, churches & other community groups provide needy students bags of food for the weekend.

4. Seems the illness is going around, hit my house last week and was really no fun. Feel better , Isabel.

6. Trying to keep up with what is going with ISU.

   They are doing huge budget cuts and salary freezes for workers but just anniunced they want to spend tens of millions buy and rehab a giant office building Country Financial is selling. The plan is for this to house their new College of Engineering but this location is 3 miles off campus on the other side of Veterans Parkway from ISU.

7. Looking forward to some great music in & around Carbondale this weekend - Jungle Dogs, Modern Day Saints, WoodBox Gang, Giant City Slickers, Miss Jenny & the Howdy Boys and more!
   Perfect weather is a plus.
