Having breakfast on a beautiful December day, reading the puff piece in the NY Times about Rahm Emanuel’s pursuit of the DNC chairman job. Hats off to his comms team, I guess, keeping his name out there

After weeks in a hospital without a barber I made my way to the Chicago Opera House Barber Shop this morning. I asked for my usual zero buzz cut and the barber was surprised given the mane I came in with. Feeling normal again.
