Assuming that the vault is in his district office, there is a real chance to use that in a creative way to promote his district.

But seriously, well done. As the name implies, I’m an SIU grad and it was wonderful seeing so many spots I’ve been to. This is a fantastic opportunity to highlight the natural beauty of southern Illinois so more people from across the state visit.
Side note - it looks like Sen. Fowler also featured a different moustache in each cutaway shot during his chat with Santa? I certainly hope that was done deliberately like a 70s/80s comedy bit.

Agree Fowler hit it out of the park with this video, which made him look good and fun, while also promoting this district. Alexi’s coms person should take notice for his next video.

I noticed the mustache gag as well, it was great! He is such a great ambassador for our region.
Sen. Fowler is one of the few decent GOP members left it seems. Just scrolling his page is a stark contrast to other IL-GOP members who seem to be merely shilling for Trump week to week. Fowler seems to only focus on his constituents and doesn’t constantly demonize Pritzker or democrats. Sure wish his type were more common these days, but unfortunately he is one of the exceptions which proves the rule that the GOP is little more than a cult devoted to Trump.

Dale Fowler is a credit to the Southern Illinois region. He votes the areas values, but isn’t constantly screaming at clouds.

Having been a student at SIUC, taught at SIUC, and met Mrs G’kar at SIUC, I’ve always loved southern Illinois. What a wonderful way to showcase the region! I’m hoping to see more videos like this!

While I haven’t been your biggest fan, this was excellent.
Safety tip for those who want to visit Inspiration Point, the last shot with the couple sitting on the rock looking westward. That is located in Pine Hills in Shawnee National Forest in Union County. Be careful getting to it. Tourists fall from that spot almost annually.
