For this week would a healthy discussion over whether a warm or cold lobster roll is the best lobster roll still count as Illinois centric?

Dynamic pricing on the tollway? Higher tolls during traffic jam hours might be unfair to people who take the tollway to and from work. They usually can’t change their work hours and would be charged extra for the privilege of driving in gridlock every day. Many working people are already broke, a toll increase is the last thing they need. A better solution would be more bus lanes on the shoulders or LOWERING tolls for non-rushour users.
