The White Sox kicked the Tigers in the keister last night, so that’s good. The season is in the dumpster but it always feels good to beat the first place team.

That Montgomery kid is really something. Getting my hopes up for him.

As I have watched the ICE drama unfold nationally I have wondered why the “agents” feel the need to dress up in full military garb? I don’t get it. Kevlar vest? Sure. But the helmet and full tac gear, doesn’t make sense to me unless they missed out on a military career and now need to play army man. They are not banging it out with the cartels as they round up immigrants picking tomatoes on a farm or trying to find day work at home depot.

How many actually armed felons have they arrested? I get if they know they are raiding a known violent felon but really, how many have there been.

Seems like more weird cosplay. Or, is someone trying to develop their own paramilitary force for use later?
